How Do I Switch Between Clio for Co-Counsel / Clio Connect Accounts With Different Firms?

Objective:

Environment:

  • Clio Manage
  • Clio for Co-Counsel
  • Clio Connect

Additional Information:

Users may be Clio for Co-Counsel / Clio Connect users (client or co-counsel collaborator) of more than one firm. Or, full Clio account users may also be invited to collaborate through the Clio for Co-Counsel / Clio Connect portal of another firm.

If the email address used for access to Clio and/or Clio for Co-Counsel / Clio Connect is the same, then users will be able to easily switch between accounts by clicking on their user icon or initials.

Procedure:

Switching between Accounts in Clio Manage

 From Full Clio Account

  1. On the bottom left-hand corner of the page, click your Initials or a Profile Picture you may have uploaded
  2. Click Switch Accounts 
  3. Select either your Clio for Co-Counsel / Clio Connect account or your Firm Name

From Within Clio for Co-Counsel / Clio Connect

  1. On the top of the page, select either your Initials or a Profile Picture you may have uploaded
  2. Click Switch Accounts 
  3. Select either your Clio for Co-Counsel / Clio Connect account or your Firm Name
