Procedure:
- Go to the Settings page
- Click on the “Integrations” tab
- Copy the “Inbox Token”, or generate one if you don’t already have one
- Input the “Inbox Token” into the appropriate place in your Ngage Live Chat settings, or contact a representative at Ngage for assistance
Leads generated by Ngage Live Chat will now automatically get delivered to your Lead Inbox.
