How to set up the Ngage Live Chat integration in Clio Grow

  1. Go to the Settings page
  2. Click on the “Integrations” tab
  3. Copy the “Inbox Token”, or generate one if you don’t already have one
  4. Input the “Inbox Token” into the appropriate place in your Ngage Live Chat settings, or contact a representative at Ngage for assistance

Leads generated by Ngage Live Chat will now automatically get delivered to your Lead Inbox.
