How to Create an Auto-Reminder Date for a Form in Clio Grow

Environment:

  • Clio Grow

Additional Information:

  • Scheduled reminders will be automatically cancelled if the Client submits the form prior to the scheduled reminder (as noted here)

Procedure:

When sending out a form via email

  1. Go to the desired Matter
  2. Click Add a Single Item 
  3. Select Prepare Form
  4. Select a form from the dropdown
  5. Select which Contact in the Matter to prepare the form for
  6. Choose to Share Form Link with Contact
  7. Click Get form link when ready
  8. Click on Continue To Email
  9. Select the Email Template from the dropdown menu or place your custom message
  10. Click on Send Email
  11. Set the Due Date then click Save Reminder to set the reminder

Add a reminder to an existing form from the workflow

  1. Go to the desired Matter
  2. Find the form on your workflow checklist
  3. Click Options 
  4. Select Set Due Date / Set Auto Reminder
  5. Select a reminder time from the dropdown
  6. Click Save Reminder
