Objective:
- User for Time Entries showing wrong initials on Invoice
- Activities on a Bill linked to a wrong User

Answer:
The Users initials were incorrectly entered in their User profile page. To resolve this please follow these steps:
- Go to Settings in the black navigation bar
- Go to Manage Users
- Press Edit under the user in question
- In the Initials field update their initials
- Press Save New Information
