Why are a Timekeepers Initials Showing Incorrectly on a Bill?


  • User for Time Entries showing wrong initials on Invoice 
  • Activities on a Bill linked to a wrong User

The Users initials were incorrectly entered in their User profile page. To resolve this please follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings in the black navigation bar
  2. Go to Manage Users
  3. Press Edit under the user in question 
  4. In the Initials field update their initials  
  5. Press Save New Information
