I Took A Payment On A Bill But Can't Find The Payment?

Objective:

  • I recorded a credit card payment but don't see the payment on any bills?
  • I recorded a payment but can't find it anywhere.
  • I recorded a payment and received an email to link the payment but can't find the funds.

Environment:

Answer:

Most likely, the payment was recorded with the global Record Payment button on the Bills page. Check the Client Operating Account to see if the funds have been applied.
