Why is the Payment not Showing on the Bill When I Recorded the Payment?


  • I recorded a credit card payment but don't see the payment on any bills?
  • I recorded a payment but can't find it anywhere
  • I recorded a payment and received an email to link the payment but can't find the funds

Most likely, the payment was recorded with the global Record Payment button on the Bills page. Check the Client Operating Account to see if the funds have been applied.
