- How to create a Pick List Custom Field
Environment:
- Clio Manage

Procedure:
- Go to Settings
- Select Custom Fields
- Select either the Matter or Contact custom fields sub tab
- Select the Add button
- Fill out the Name field
- Select the Type as Picklist
- Type in the name of the first option in the Picklist Field
- Select + to add a new option. Continue adding picklist options until you've created your list.
- Check the Default box to display the field automatically when creating/editing Matters
- Check the Required box to make filling out the field mandatory
- Select the Save button
