Yes, it's possible to stop a client from paying a bill.

To do so, please void the bill per the instructions listed above. If the invoice is voided, when the client clicks on the Pay Bill button embedded in the email that they receive from Clio, they will see the error message, "This bill has been voided, please contact the law firm to request a newer version.
