Note that only Person type Contacts will sync to MailChimp. Companies will not sync.
Too many additional fields or didn't allow syncing over contacts when first connecting the integration.
- Verify that you have linked your Grow account to a specific MailChimp list (see here)
- Verify that the"Add all existing contacts with these settings to this list" checkbox is clicked when linking your Grow account to a MailChimp list.
- Verify that all required merge fields settings are set on your MailChimp list (First Name, Last Name, Email)
