Why is a Payment from Clio not showing up in Quickbooks Desktop?

Issue:

  • Payment in Clio not Exporting to Quickbooks Desktop
  • Payment in Clio not Importing to Quickbooks Desktop

Environment:

  • Clio Manage
  • Quickbooks Desktop

Additional Information:

n/a

Cause:

The payment date is after the Export date range.

Resolution:

  1. Go to the Accounts tab
  2. Select the Export Transactions sub tub
  3. Change the date range to include Payment date
