  • To resolve this issue, you will want to revoke access, disconnect QBO form Clio, and connect it back.
  • The sync will take 24h to reinitialize.

  1. You may have changed your password in QuickBooks Online
  2. QuickBooks Online may have had a site outage, which would cause a disconnect
