Why Does QuickBooks Online Disconnect From Clio?

Objective:

  • "Clio has failed 5 times to connect to QuickBooks online and failed"

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

To resolve this issue, you will want to revoke access, disconnect QBO form Clio, and connect it back. The sync will take 24h to reinitialize.

Answer:

1) You may have changed your password in QuickBooks Online

2) QuickBooks Online may have had a site outage, which would cause a disconnect
