Ensure that your Contact and Matter fields are syncing and checked off in Wealth Counsel program. To confirm complete the following steps in WealthCounsel.
- Select Integration
- Select Clio
- Select Field Mapping
If the fields are mapped correctly, ensure that the Matter or Contact Fields in WealthCounsel are listed as a Contact or Matter field in Clio as well. For example a Matter field in Clio cannot sync to a Contact field in WealthCounsel.
