Firm Logo is Not Showing in the Email When Sharing a Document with a Client via Link

Issue:

  • Clio Logo shows up rather than the firm logo when sharing a Document via Link

Environment:

  • Clio Manage Web App

Additional Information:

n/a

Cause:

The firm logo will not appear when sharing a Document via link. It will instead be replaced with a Clio logo.

Workaround:

  1. Share Document via Clio Connect
