2. Look at the URL at the top of your web browser:
   1. If the URL starts with https://app.clio.com your account is in our North American region
   2. If the URL starts with https://eu.app.clio.com your account is in our European region
   3. If the URL starts with https://ca.app.clio.com your account is in our Canadian region
