How Do I Delete a Payment?
Objective:
- How to remove a Payment that was applied?
- How to edit/delete a Direct Payment?
- How to edit/delete a manually recorded payment?
- How do I void a payment?
- How to edit/delete a single Direct Payment?
Environment:
Additional Information:
- Completed Credit Card Payments cannot be deleted and will instead need to be refunded or unlinked.
- Payments towards Trust Requests cant be deleted
Procedure:
- Navigate to the Bill
- At the top right under Payments locate the drop down arrow located to the right of Edit
- From here, select Delete to delete the payment
