  • Try using chat again between 5:00 am and 11:59 pm (PST), Monday-Friday
  • Clear your browser cache


In an effort to provide answers to common questions faster, we have introduced the Help Center into our Chat application. This way, answers are available at the click of a button. Should the question require additional support, the Live Chat button in the lower right-hand corner of the window will connect you to a Support Agent.
