Case Number Text (One-Line)
Used to track the case number assigned by the court to the matter. These are usually a mix of alphanumeric characters. Ex. 2:14-cv-02643
Chapter Picklist
Which chapter of the bankruptcy code under which the client is filing for relief from the court. List should include: 7,9,11,12,13, 15. Most common are Chapter 11 for business and Chapter 13 for individuals.
Court Contact Select
Hyperlink to the company Contact card for the court hearing the matter.
Judge Contact Select
Hyperlink to the Contact card for the judge or magister before whom the matter is being heard.
Trustee Contact Select
Hyperlink to the Contact card for the trustee appointed by the court to oversee the debtor's estate and holdings during the bankruptcy proceedings.
Filing Date Date
An important date in banruptcy proceedings because that's when automatically injunction stops lawsuits, foreclosures, garnishments, and all collection activity against the debtor the moment a bankruptcy petition is filed.
341 Meeting Date Date
The meeting of creditors required by section 341 of the Bankruptcy Code at which the debtor is questioned under oath by creditors, a trustee, examiner, or the U.S. trustee about his/her financial affairs. Also called creditors’ meeting.
Confirmation Hearing Date
Hearing about the judges’s approval of a plan of reorganization or liquidation in chapter 11, or payment plan in chapter 12.
Social Security Number Text (One-Line)
Federal identification number. Text (One-Line) is most often used as SSNs are written in this format: XXX-XXX-XXXX.
Current Monthly Income Money
The average monthly income received by the debtor over the six calendar months before commencement of the bankruptcy.
