Case Number Text (One-Line)
Used to track the case number assigned by the court to the matter. These are usually a mix of alphanumeric characters. Ex. 2:14-cv-02643
Family Law Case Type Picklist Select subset of family law case. Example: Divorce, Guardianship, Custody, etc.
Opposing Party Contact Select
Hyperlink to the Contact card for the lawyer representing the other side. Important to have quick access to this, as most communication would happen between lawyers only.
Opposing Counsel Contact Select
Hyperlink to the Contact card for the opposing party.
Judge Contact Select
Hyperlink to the Contact card for the judge or magister before whom the matter is being heard.
Court Contact Select
Hyperlink to the company Contact card for the court hearing the matter.
Court Case Filed Checkbox
Has a court case been filed?
Court Case Filed Case# Text (One-Line)
Case number associated with court case filing
Date of Marriage Date
Date when the couple legally filed their marriage certificate.
Place of Marriage Text (One-Line)
State in which the marriage certificate was issued and filed.
Date of Separation Date
Date when the couple stopped cohabitating.
Number of Children Integer
Number of children derived from the marriage.
Requesting Child Support Picklist
Is the client requesting child support? Picklist options: Yes, No, Maybe
Custody of Children Preferences Picklist
Picklist options: Joint, Self, Opposing, Third-party
Reason for Dissolution Text (Multi-Line)
Quick description of reason for dissolution of marriage
