Issue: Deactivated Users Appear in the Calendar Reminder List

Issue:

  • Deactivated users appear in the Calendar reminder list

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:

  • When adding reminders to calendar events, all users appear, including disabled users. Customers with a lot of disabled users find the dropdown difficult to use and scroll through their users when there are many disabled users in the way.

Cause:

Not yet diagnosed

Workaround:

  • Ignore the deactivated users
