Getting 'No Email Sent' Error Message When Trying to Create a New Calendar Entry

Issue:

  • Calendar Entry Failed to Save
  • No Email Sent Error when attempting to create Calendar Entry
  • Unable to create Calendar Entry

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:

  • Error being received in New Clio Calendar 

Cause:

  • Not yet diagnosed

Resolution:

  1. Log out of Clio
  2. Clear Browser's Cache and Cookies (see How To Clear My Browser's Cache?)
  3. Log back into Clio
  4. Create new Calendar Entry
