Issue: Funds not showing in the Funds Available box on the Record Payment screen

Issue:

  • "Funds Available" box does not populate with available funds

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

  • The Funds Available box on the record payment modal does not populate with funds available until the "source" dropdown is selected (after which only show what funds are available in that selected source).

Cause:

Not yet diagnosed

Workaround:

Choose a source from the Source dropdown (which accurately shows which accounts have funds)
