Issue:
- Secure Messages appears to send, but is not visible in Clio
Environment:

Additional Information:
Secure Messages sent to specific recipients are being saved in Clio's database, but at present cannot be viewed under Secure Messages.
In such cases, when the Secure Message is sent, we show a green "Success" message.
Cause:
Not yet diagnosed
Workaround:
Either:
- Use email to correspond with the recipient
- Change the email address of the recipient, and then send a Secure Message.
