Why are Old Email Addresses Appearing When Setting Reminders?


  • Email addresses of past users appear under "Me" when selecting users in Reminders

Additional Information:

This was likely due to a user's name being changed to a new user's name when someone left (and someone new joined) the firm in the past. To avoid this, please deactivate old users when they leave and add new users when they join.


  1. Go to Settings
  2. Go to Notifications
  3. Click on Select and verify email addresses
  4. Delete any email addresses that you don't want to receive notifications
