Why are my Custom Fields not Populating From Grow to Manage?

Additional Information:

You must first “Sync Custom Fields from Clio Manage to Grow” in order for this data to migrate over.

If a custom field exists in Grow, but does not exist in Manage, or is not connected via the Sync, the data will not migrate over.

To connect an existing custom field in Clio Grow with Clio Manage, go into Clio Manage and manually create an identical field (same name, same field type). Then go to Clio Grow Settings > Custom Fields, and Sync Custom Fields. 

Additionally, if you have already exported your matter/contact from Grow to Manage with those custom fields blank, they will not populate on a second export.


Custom Fields from Grow will only migrate to the custom fields in Manage if they are initially Synced.
