A new security update may require that you re-authenticate your MailChimp integration with Clio Grow. By re-authenticating your integration, your contacts between platforms will continue to automatically sync, ensuring your lists in MailChimp and Clio are both up to date.
If you do not re-authenticate the integration your Mailchimp contact lists will no longer be updated.
Re-authentication Steps Required to Re-sync Mailchimp:
- Under Settings, navigate to the Integrations panel: https://grow.clio.com/settings/integrations
2. Under Email Marketing, find MailChimp. If MailChimp is not connected, click Connect.
If MailChimp is connected, no action is required.
3. Enter your MailChimp credentials and click Log In to reconnect
