Issue:
- New time entries created with a Client rate were defaulting to the User Default Rate instead.

Cause:
As of yet unknown.
Resolution:
- Go to the Contact page in question
- Edit Contact
- Scroll down to Billing Preferences
- Remove User Rate in question
- Save Contact
- Edit the same Contact again
- Choose Firm user or group from the drop-down menu for the current billing rate
- Add User Rate back
- Save Contact
- Try adding your time entries again, it should now use the Contact rate
