- Document letterhead and logo not displaying
- Created letterhead but it does not show on my documents

1) Letterhead has not been created in settings
2) Document settings are not properly applied
Check that the Letterhead has been created in your account settings
- Go to the Settings page
- Click on the Logo and Letterhead tab
- Under the Letterhead Settings header ensure that a preview of the letterhead is visible
- If not, click "Edit Letterhead" to create a letterhead for your account
Check that the document settings are applying the letterhead
- In the main navigation panel click on Documents
- Click on the Template Editor tab
- Edit the document template where the letterhead is not applied
- Check the box that says "Add Your Logo and Letterhead"
