Why Can't I Find Some Contacts in the Invite Attendees Field When Creating a Calendar Event?

Issue:

  • The invite attendees search produces no results for some contacts

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:

n/a

Cause:

The Invite Attendees field will cannot find contacts that do not have an email address.

Resolution:

  1. Use the Global Search Bar to open the Contact profile
  2. Select Edit in the top right corner
  3. Input an email address
  4. Select Save Contact
  5. They should now appear when searched for in the Invite Attendees field
