When trying to Sync Clio Grow with my Clio Manage Calendar I am receiving the following error: We received an error while obtaining your calendar information: "ClioClient::Unauthorized"

Issue:

  • User is receiving an error message when attempting to sync their Clio Grow agenda with Clio Manage

Environment:

  • Clio Grow

Additional Information:

Cause:

Typically, these errors result from changing your password or failing to update your payment information with your calendar provider. Try refreshing when you have fixed the issue.

Resolution

  1. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the Clio Manage Integration
  2. Confirm that the Clio Manage Payment information is up to date
