- You may notice that your Google Contact or Calendar sync has stopped working. When looking at the Contact and Calendar sync page in Clio, the following error message is displayed for the Google sync: "Your Google credentials have been invalidated. This can happen if app permissions or passwords are changed on Google. In order to re-activate your sync, please re-authenticate with Google using the Sign In button."

If changes are made to login credentials for your Google account, you will need to reauthenticate/set up the sync again.
- From the Contact and Calendar sync page, click on Disconnect Account
- Click on Set up sync and follow the steps to set up the Google sync again.
