Error: Client Trying to Pay Via Credit Card Receives "Failed to Process Account is not Active"

Issue:

Client was trying to make a payment via credit card and when submitting payment received the above error message.

Environment:

  • Clio Manage
  • LawPay 

Additional Information:

n/a

Cause:

  • Account has been disabled in LawPay 

Resolution:

 Contact LawPay Support to Enable your Account at 800-459-5798
