Clio Support can disconnect your currently connected LawPay account from Clio. To do so, we will need written confirmation from the Account Owner on your Clio Account. Please email email@example.com confirming the following in that email:
- That your new LawPay account has been activated and is ready to use.
- That you do not have any pending / authorized Clio Payments with your old account
- That you are not signed into your old LawPay account via the LawPay web page.
