How do I Disconnect my Current LawPay Account from Clio and Connect to a Different LawPay Account?

Objective:

  • Change which LawPay login is used with Clio Payments

Procedure:

Clio Support can disconnect your currently connected LawPay account from Clio. To do so, we will need written confirmation from the Account Owner on your Clio Account. Please email support@clio.com confirming the following in that email:

  1. That your new LawPay account has been activated and is ready to use.
  2. That you do not have any pending / authorized Clio Payments with your old account
  3. That you are not signed into your old LawPay account via the LawPay web page.
