Why Are Emails/Forms Sent to Clients From Grow/Lexicata Not Being Received?

Issue:

  • Forms or emails sent from Clio Grow/Lexicata are not going through to leads

Additional Information:

Emails sent from Grow/Lexicata use our third-party service called MailGun. We are aware of a small number of email service providers (including Yahoo and AOL) rejecting incoming emails from third-party email services. A solution to bypass these spam filters is to use Email Sync.

Cause:

Emails are being treated as 'spam' and are being rejected by the recipient email server. These emails do not make it to the spam nor inbox folders.

Resolution

  1. Follow the steps outlined in: How Do I Setup Email Sync In Clio Grow
  2. Once Email Sync is set up, you will see all sent emails from Clio Grow/Lexicata appear in your email account's sent folder.
