Why am I not Seeing All my Referrals on the Referral Report in Clio Grow?

  • To determine why a Matter isn't displaying in the correct status on a Report

If results still do not show as expected, please contact the Support Team at 1-888-858-2546 option 2. 


Two Possible Reasons:

  1. Make sure that the Filter on the right hand side is not removing data.  Expand your criteria by including all options and then "Generate Report" button at the bottom.  
  2. Ensure that all of the contacts that are supposed to be on the report have referrals added to them.
  3. The referral report is based on matters not contacts. There has to be a matter related to the contact in order for that to show up in your reporting. 

Note: The Referral Report is a cached report. Please wait 5 minutes for the report cache to clear before running your report again.
