If results still do not show as expected, please contact the Support Team at 1-888-858-2546 option 2.
Two Possible Reasons:
- Make sure that the Filter on the right hand side is not removing data. Expand your criteria by including all options and then "Generate Report" button at the bottom.
- Ensure that all of the contacts that are supposed to be on the report have referrals added to them.
- The referral report is based on matters not contacts. There has to be a matter related to the contact in order for that to show up in your reporting.
Note: The Referral Report is a cached report. Please wait 5 minutes for the report cache to clear before running your report again.
