What's Available on the Help Center
There are thousands of pages on the Help Center, and a few different types of resources.
- In-depth training articles on key features and workflows
- Training videos and recorded webinars
- Short articles which answer a single question or resolve a single issue
How to Search the Help Center
The search bar in the header is the best way to find a relevant resource. The search bar will locate articles if there is a keyword match in either the title or the body of the article.
You can use the search filters to the right of the search bar to limit your query to Clio Manage or Clio Grow articles.
The search supports basic operators such as quotation marks and minus signs. For example, you can search for articles on "trust accounts" on bills, with nothing related to "bill themes".
At the bottom of every article are buttons to give a "thumbs up" or "thumbs down". If you found the article to be useful, please give it a "thumbs up"!
If the article wasn't useful to you, click the "thumbs down". You can then, optionally, give further feedback which we can use to improve the article, or the knowledge base in general.
