LawPay Changed the Bank Account Connected to Clio, But I Got an Email Saying That Clio Payments Connection Failed

Issue:

  • Error: "Clio Payments connection failed" after replacing old bank account through lawpay

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:

  • n/a

Cause:

  • Client paid during the time the update was taking place

Resolution:

  1. No need to contact Lawpay or remove and add the LawPay to Clio 
  2. Just wait for the next client to make a payment (as the information is now up to date)
