Issue: Unable to Invite New Attendees to Calendar Events Created by a Disabled User

Issue:

  • Adding an attendee to a deactivated Users account returns a success message without actually adding the attendee

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:

Cause:

Not yet diagnosed.

Workaround:

  1. Click on the Calendar event
  2. Select Edit event
  3. Change the event owner to an active user under 'Save to this calendar'
  4. Invite new attendees from the dropdown list
  5. Click Save event
