Emails sent from Campaign did not Update After the Template had been Edited

Issue:

  • Emails sent from campaigns are not updating after the email was altered

Environment:

  • Clio Grow

Additional Information:

Answer:

If the emails were scheduled before the changes were made the old template would be sent. Only emails scheduled after the changes would have the new template applied.

Solution:

Remove the campaign and then re-add it
