Changes to Timezone Are Not Immediately Reflected on the Calendar

Issue:

  • When any changes or updates are made to your timezone settings, the changes are not immediately reflected on the Calendar. The Events are not updated to reflect the new timezone, and the red line showing the current time does not change.

  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:

Cause:

Unknown at this time

Resolution:

  1. Clear your Browser's Cache
  2. Log out of Clio
  3. Log back into Clio
  4. Your Calendar should now reflect the correct timezone
