Issue:

  • Error Code in Vonage when trying to set it up
  • During Setup unable to sign into Vonage

  • gUnify Vonage integration

Cause:

gUnify Vonage is a 3rd party program, written by gUnify to work with Clio. At present, gUnify does not allow a user to switch from one Clio account to another.

Contact gUnify Technical Support (see here).
