Why Aren't Folders in Amazon S3 Showing Up the Same Way as They Are in Clio?

Objective:

  • Figure out the reason why folders are created in Amazon S3 AWS

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:

  • n/a

Answer:

Currently each file within the client folders in Amazon automatically has a folder created for it.  So the folders within the client folder would all have different names, typically showing in this format: "id.1054184816".  Please contact Support if you would like to add your vote to make a change to this way of formatting in Amazon s3.
