What to Do When My Client Wants to Get a Payment Link Even Though All of Their Invoices Are Paid?

Objective:

  • To know if anything needs to be done in a case where a client is requesting a payment link if all of the Bills have already been Paid

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:

Answer:

There is no need to send the Client a payment link if all the Invoices are already Paid.

However, if you still want to send a payment link to your client, go to Clio Payments, then click on New Charge and then Copy Payment Link. The payment link will be copied to your clipboard and you can paste it into an email to your client.
