Can Clio Help Me Clear My Lexicata/Clio Grow Inbox that is Too Full Due to Ruby Even Though it Has Been Disconnected?

  • To know if Clio Support can help clients with emptying the Leads Inbox in Lexicata/Clio Grow, since it is full of Ruby information even though it has already been disconnected.

Unfortunately, no.  Please reach out to Ruby and ask them to investigate why it is that they are still triggering submissions. Ideally, they should remove the Grow lead inbox token from their end.
