Why Are My System Generated Clio Emails Going to Spam?

  • We’ve verified that we are not on any email blacklists and are working to improve this. To ensure emails from a specific sender don't get sent to spam, add that sender's email address to your contacts or address book. If you have them as a contact, most email services should know that you want to receive messages from them, and won't mark them as spam.

Answer:

When it comes to having things marked as Spam, these are often out of our control. 3rd parties make changes, and our emails (which are from emails that are sent from a bulk mailer) can easily be confused for Spam.

To prevent this, clients can add your to the safe senders or add the email as a contact.
