- Google Calendar sync has not updated in more than 2 hours
- Office 365 Calendar sync has not updated in more than 2 hours

This issue occurs for both the Google Calendar sync and the Office 365 Calendar sync.
Some users' calendars in Clio Manage may be taking more than 2 hours to update with the Google or Office 365 calendar sync.
To resolve this:
- Click on the Calendars tab
- Look for the Warning message in the bottom-right hand corner
- Click "Click here"
- Click Stop Sync for the appropriate Calendar
- Click Sync for the appropriate Calendar
Once the sync has completed, your Calendar will be up to date.
