I'm Getting Pages 'Unresponsive Error' When Opening a New Note/Takes Too Long to Open New Note?

Issue:

  • Error: Pages Unresponsive. You can wait for them to become responsive or exit the pages

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:

Cause:

Internet connection to your computer.  If opening a New Note works on a different device, please speak with your IT to find out why you are getting this error only on this device.

Resolution:

  1. Login to Clio on a different device: computer or a mobile device
  2. If you are not getting the same error or slow responding New note button, then speak with your IT regarding your device/internet connection
