Issue: Communications Page Loading Slowly/Not Loading

Issue:

Unable to load or view Email and Phone Logs from the main Communications tab

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:

This issue is impacting the amount of time it takes for Communications to load. This is causing some logs to not display as quickly as expected. 

Cause:

Not yet diagnosed

Workaround:

Access Communications from a specific Contact or Matter.
