Will my Client Receive a Notification if I Update a Calendar Event?

Objective:

  • Notification or alerts on edited calendar events

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:

Answer:

Calendar Events that were created and shared with the Client will appear in the Clio Connect account. If an edit and or an update was made to the event, the Client will not receive the notification; they will, however, see the updated event in their portal. 

To ensure your client sees the updated event, one could send a secure message to the Client using Clio Connect.
