To ensure we can deliver the best customer experience possible we will no longer be supporting old versions of Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Apple Safari.
Customers should ensure they are running browsers with at least the following versions to continue to use Clio:

By updating your browser today, you are ensuring you are protected against any vulnerabilities on an outdated browser version, while also gaining access to the latest functionality from not only Clio but also your browser provider.

How to verify the version of your web browser |
1. Click the Open menu icon at the top right of the program window, and click the question mark icon at the bottom of the menu. 2. Select About Firefox. (You can also click Help in the menu bar and select About Firefox in the menu.) Tip: If you don't see the File, Edit, View, Help menu bar, press the Alt key to make the menu bar visible. 3. This opens the About Mozilla Firefox window, where you can view the version number, as shown in the example below.

How to verify the version of your web browser |
1. Click the menu icon (three dots) near the top right corner of your program window just below the ‘X’ that closes the window. 2. Select About Google Chrome in the menu. Don’t see it? You may be on a different version, in which case, you need to select Help and About, then select About Google Chrome. 3. This opens the Chrome About page, where you can view the Version number. Google Chrome will even let you know if your version is up to date.

1. Open Safari, and click Safari in your main browser menu, located at the top of your screen. 2. In the drop-down menu, click About Safari. 3. A pop-up will display the browser's version number. The first number, located outside of the parenthesis, is the actual version of Safari. The second number, located inside the parenthesis, is the WebKit/Safari Build version. |
