Issue: Getting TimeOut Error On My Zapier Zaps

  • Zapier Zaps failing due to Time Out errors

Workaround:

Disconnect and Reconnect your Clio App. Please follow these directions:

  1. Log in to your Zapier account
  2. Navigate to the Connected Accounts tab
  3. Locate the Clio account in your list of connections
  4. Click Disconnect
  5. Click Really?
  6. Enter Clio in the "Connect a new account" search bar at the top of the page
  7. Connect and authenticate to your Clio account

Note that after disconnecting / re-connecting your Clio connection you will have to go through any Zaps that have Clio actions or triggers and reconfirm the settings. Zapier will have saved your settings, you simply need to click "Continue" to reconfirm them.
